Paul co-founded Blue Diamond Entertainment and is the team's most experienced DJ. His career covers nightclubs, bars, radio, and decades of weddings and events, giving him rare live performance depth across Worcestershire and the West Midlands.
That range matters at a wedding. A DJ who has performed at only one type of event will have only one approach. Paul has read crowds in late-night clubs, held the energy of a live radio audience, and navigated the unique demands of a wedding reception more times than he can count. He brings every one of those skills to your evening.
Paul is involved in every booking from your first enquiry to the final song. His expertise ensures every event runs smoothly, and couples consistently feel in safe hands from the start.
Whether your wedding is at Stanbrook Abbey, Curradine Barns, Brockencote Hall, or any other venue we work with, Paul's knowledge of venues, acoustics, and event logistics means nothing surprises him on your wedding day.
George joined Blue Diamond Entertainment at a young age and has become one of the West Midlands' most skilled and versatile DJs. His early passion for music now fuels a career spanning weddings, nightclub residencies, and international performances.
Alongside his work with Blue Diamond, performing at weddings and events across Worcestershire, Birmingham, Herefordshire, and Shropshire, George has firmly established himself in the nightclub and house music scene. Originally rooted in RnB, he now holds residencies at some of the West Midlands' top nightclubs and regularly travels internationally to perform in Ibiza and Tenerife.
George brings something unique to your evening. He doesn't just play music, he performs. His real-time crowd reading and energy-building keep the dance floor full all night, born from performing at the highest levels.
George also oversees Blue Diamond photo booth operations, ensuring that every booth installation and guest experience meet the same standards as everything else the company delivers. When couples meet George, they always say the same thing: that he makes the whole evening feel effortless.

Phil is one of our most established associate DJs, bringing international experience to every event. He has performed around the world and hosted countless events, working with Blue Diamond Entertainment for the past eight to nine years, making him one of the longest-serving and most trusted team members. Phil is a natural crowd pleaser. His outstanding ability to read the room, adapt to an audience's energy, and keep the dance floor full from start to finish has made him one of the most requested DJs on the team. Darren brings 25 years of DJ experience to Blue Diamond Entertainment. He has worked in bars, clubs, and at many events throughout his career, spending the last five years as a mobile DJ with Blue Diamond performing at weddings, birthday parties, and private events across Worcestershire and the Midlands. That quarter-century of experience translates directly into reliability, versatility, and the confidence to handle any situation that arises on the night. Darren has seen everything in his career, and nothing throws him. His professionalism and ability to adapt to any crowd, brief, and venue make him one of the most dependable performers on the team.
