Instant Prints

Guests receive a physical print within seconds of each session, produced on-site and branded with your event details. Every guest gets a copy. A duplicate is set aside for the guest book if that option is included.

Online Gallery

All photos are captured in full digital resolution and stored securely. Your complete gallery is available for download within 48 hours of your event.

Professional Attendant

A smartly presented member of our team runs the booth throughout your hire. They manage the queue, assist guests, monitor print quality, and handle any technical issues on the spot so nothing goes wrong.

Unlimited Prints

There are no restrictions on the number of sessions during your hire. Guests love the freedom to return to the booth throughout the night, and totally unlimited prints mean no awkward rationing or disappointment.

£5 Million PLI

All equipment is PAT tested before every event. We carry £5 million public liability insurance and can provide the certificate directly to your venue coordinator. This is a requirement at most Worcestershire and West Midlands wedding venues.

Step 01: Choose and Book

Select your preferred booth type, confirm your date and hire duration, and pay a 20% deposit to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due 28 days before your event.

Step 02: Customise

We contact you to discuss your print template design, backdrop options, prop preferences, and any add-ons. Everything is agreed before the event.

Step 03: Event Day

We arrive one to two hours before your booth start time. Setup time is not counted within your hire period. Our attendant sets up, tests everything, and runs the booth throughout. Guests receive instant prints from the first session.

Step 04: After Your Event

Your online gallery is available within 48 hours. We handle all collection and pack-down. If the guest book service is included, your attendant compiles this throughout the event.

How much space is needed for a photo booth?

Standard setups require a minimum area of approximately 2.5m x 2.5m and access to a standard 13-amp power socket within five metres of the setup location. The 360 booth requires approximately 3m x 3m. We confirm all space requirements with your venue before the event.

How long does setup take?

We arrive one to two hours before your booth start time. Setup time is not counted within your hire period. The clock starts when the booth is ready for guests.

Can the prints be personalised?

Yes. We create a custom print design for every booking, incorporating your names, event date, colours, and theme. Corporate clients can include logos and brand colours. You approve the design before the event.

What types of photo booths are available for hire?

There are various types of photo booths available including traditional enclosed booths, open-air options, magic mirrors, selfie pods, and 360-degree video booths. Each offers a different experience for guests. We can advise on the right option based on your venue size, guest numbers, and event vibe.

Do your packages include props and setup?

Yes. Every booking includes a prop box, setup and breakdown, a professional attendant, unlimited prints, and a custom print design as standard. Optional upgrades including guest books, custom backdrops, and green screen are available at an additional cost.

What if there is a technical problem on the day?

Our booths are fully maintained and tested before every event. Our attendant is trained to resolve most issues on-site, and we bring backup equipment to every booking as a precaution.
