Early booking is recommended for popular dates during wedding season. Our busiest period runs from April through October and Saturday availability goes quickly.

Booking Process

How to Book Your Photo Booth

Step 01: Choose and Book

Select your preferred booth type, confirm your date and hire duration, and pay a 20% deposit to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due 28 days before your event.

Step 02: Customise

We contact you to discuss your print template design, backdrop options, prop preferences, and any add-ons. Everything is agreed before the event.

Step 03: Event Day

We arrive one to two hours before your booth start time. Setup time is not counted within your hire period. Our attendant sets up, tests everything, and runs the booth throughout. Guests receive instant prints from the first session.

Step 04: After Your Event

Your online gallery is available within 48 hours. We handle all collection and pack-down. If the guest book service is included, your attendant compiles this throughout the event.

Standard setups require a minimum area of approximately 2.5m x 2.5m and access to a standard 13-amp power socket within five metres of the setup location. The 360 booth requires approximately 3m x 3m. We confirm all space requirements with your venue before the event.

We arrive one to two hours before your booth start time. Setup time is not counted within your hire period. The clock starts when the booth is ready for guests.

Can the prints be personalised?
