Bookings and Deposits

A booking is confirmed upon receipt of a signed contract and a deposit payment as specified in your quote. Until both are received, your date is not secured. The deposit is non-refundable in the event of cancellation by the client.

Payment

The balance of your invoice is due no later than 28 days prior to your event. We reserve the right to withhold services if payment has not been received by this date. We accept bank transfer and card payments.

Cancellation

Cancellations made more than 90 days before your event date will forfeit the deposit only. Cancellations made within 90 days of your event date may be subject to additional cancellation charges as specified in your contract. We will always endeavour to act fairly in the event of exceptional circumstances.

Force Majeure

In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond our reasonable control (including but not limited to severe weather, civil unrest, or government restrictions), we will endeavour to find an alternative solution. If we are unable to fulfil the contract due to force majeure, liability is limited to a refund of payments received.

Equipment and Performance

Blue Diamond Entertainment carries full public liability insurance. All equipment is PAT tested. We reserve the right to stop or modify performance if the safety of our team or equipment is at risk. Volume levels at venues must comply with venue restrictions, which we will confirm in advance.

Music Requests

We will do our best to accommodate music requests. However, we reserve the right to decline requests that are offensive, inappropriate, or that would adversely affect the atmosphere of your event. Final song selection decisions rest with the performing DJ.
